GiBi PizzaBox 1.0 released

First version of our new extension GiBi PizzaBox has been released.

This extension is particularly suited for pizza takeaway and food delivery shops.

Features

PizzaBox let your user place an online order for takeaway products.

Its main characteristics are:

  • composability of the product: user may choose several flavours for each box
  • delivery time selection restricted by configuration parameters
  • order management

 

Flavour selection

In PizzaBox there are containers. schemes, parts and flavours.

This means that our users will have an extreme flexibility while building their own custom product according to their taste.

Selection wizard will bring us through several pages.

Delivery time selection

In component parameters we may set:

  • opening times (a user can only choose delivery time in this period)
  • minimum period needed to prepare an order
  • maximum number of orders we can handle in a certain time interval

The user will only see available times according to these settings.

Order management

Any user will always see a summary of the order he/she’s placing.

He/She can also view a summary / management page for all his/her orders.

Site admins can also manage all orders from front-end.

You can define your own progress status table so that this component can adapt to your custom workflow.
